Delivery

At KLIN KAARA LIFESTYLE LLP, we make sure your jewelry reaches you on time and in perfect condition.
● We process every order within 7 to 10 business days.
● Once your order is shipped, it should arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
● You’ll get updates at every step, from placing the order to delivery.
● If you choose express shipping, your order will arrive in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch, but the processing time will still take 2 to 3 days. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but if there’s a delay, we’ll keep you informed.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
● You can return or exchange items that are damaged, defective, or not as described.
● The product should be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
● To request a return, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video as proof.
● Once we get your return and check the product, we’ll process it within 7 business days. If the item you want isn’t in stock, we’ll issue store credit valid for one year.

Refunds

If eligible, you may be offered a possible full refund or partial refund.

Shipping Costs

If you’re returning a product, the shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the issue was our fault. We recommend using a service that provides tracking.

Gift Items

If you’re returning an item marked as a gift, we’ll issue store credit once the return is processed.

● Custom pieces, sale items, and altered jewelry can’t be returned or exchanged.
● The whole return or exchange process may take 12 to 15 business days.
