Our products are currently available for delivery only in India. If you’re shopping from outside India, you’ll need to arrange for delivery within the country.

● Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7–10 business days.
● Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
● Express Shipping: For faster delivery, opt for express shipping, which takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Please note, processing time for express orders remains 2–3 days.

At Klin Kaara, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
● Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective items only. Custom orders and altered jewelry are not eligible.
● Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
● Process: To initiate a return, email us at info@klinkaara.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear unboxing video as proof. Once approved, ship the item back to us.
● Inspection: After we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll process your return or exchange within 7 business days.
If an exchange isn’t possible due to stock availability, we’ll provide store credit valid for one year.
We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds may be issued as store credit or processed in exceptional cases like order cancellations or non-delivery.
If you’re returning an item, shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the issue was our fault. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
Custom-designed jewelry or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
